The blooming UAE real estate scenario prompted Sobha Group to expand its real estate development business to the Middle East in 2006. With strong land bank backing, Sobha launched its first Commercial tower, Sobha Ivory I at Business Bay. Stupendous success encouraged launch of its twin tower, Sobha Ivory II also at Business Bay. Since then the Company has launched Sobha Daffodil, its residential building at Jumeirah Village and Sobha Sapphire at Business Bay. The Company plans to launch properties in most of the prestigious master developments including Down Town Jebel Ali, Palm Jebel Ali in the near future.
